WHAT WE EXPECT.

We won’t lie. Our expectations are high. Since we only hire capable self starters, we expect that you do what you were hired for. We expect you to be the best clinician you can be, complete your clinical documentation within 24 hours, respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, be reliable, on-time, and communicate with the treatment team as needed. We expect that you hold a minimum weekly caseload of 15 clinical hours and that you attend meetings and trainings as required, and that you follow our office policies. We expect you to continue to grow as a clinician and to continue learning how to best support yourself and your clients. And we expect that you ask questions when needed.

BEFORE YOU APPLY: Make sure you meet our minimum qualifications below.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy

• Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT) in the State of California (must be fully licensed)

• Desire to be a part of a positive work community

OTHER QUALIFICATION PREFERENCES

• 2 years clinical experience (pre-license experience counts)

• Niche market for counseling services (children, couples, maternal mental health, CBT, behavioral problems, ADHD, DBT, etc)

• Willingness to panel with insurance companies
